We also collect your Polymarket API key, which is encrypted with AES-256 before storage. We collect usage data such as login timestamps, dashboard activity, and support communications. We do not collect your Polymarket account password or any financial account credentials beyond the API key.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information including purchase confirmations and invoices; send operational communications such as bot status updates, onboarding instructions, and security alerts; respond to your comments, questions, and requests; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. API Key Security

Your Polymarket API key is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. The encryption key is stored separately from the database. API keys are only decrypted in memory when needed to execute trades and are never logged or transmitted in plaintext. You can revoke and replace your API key at any time through your dashboard.

4. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID — we never store your full card number, CVV, or billing address.
