By accessing or using PolyBotted ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PolyBotted provides an automated trading bot service that operates on the Polymarket prediction market platform. The Service places trades on your behalf using API keys you provide. PolyBotted is a non-custodial service — we never hold, control, or have direct access to your funds. All trades are executed through your own Polymarket account using credentials you supply.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use prediction market services in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. PolyBotted is not available to residents of jurisdictions where prediction markets or related services are prohibited by law.

4. Subscription and Billing

PolyBotted offers monthly subscription plans billed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading on prediction markets involves significant financial risk. Past performance of the PolyBotted trading strategy is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of the capital you deploy. The projected returns shown on our website are estimates based on historical performance and are not guaranteed. 6. API Key and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Polymarket account and API keys. You grant PolyBotted a limited, revocable license to use your API keys solely for the purpose of executing trades on your behalf. PolyBotted encrypts all API keys using AES-256 encryption. You should revoke your API keys immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. PolyBotted is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised API keys.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PolyBotted and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PolyBotted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PolyBotted does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Service in terms of accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PolyBotted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, or any trading losses incurred through use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PolyBotted and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
